Our Service Territory

IT West currently services clients in regional NSW.

We use our Client Support Technical Specialists based in Dubbo as the core of our service to you. These people have training, knowledge and experience that often is not available in regional locations. They are the ones who can keep a server running, overcome a technical difficulty and deal with the big issues that can sometimes overwhelm a local support person.

However we recognise that no matter how good our people are you will often need to have someone on site. Also that will often be because our Technical Specialists cannot get access remotely to your onsite PC's or Server. We always have local people available (either reliable, reputable subcontractors or our own staff) to support you locally.

We currently are able to support clients in the Dubbo, Orange and Bathurst regions. If you are in another location in regional NSW and are finding that your local support person is often 'out of his depth' then feel free to give us a call. It is possible we would consider placing you on a No Worries Support Plan and then engaging the local person to provide the on site services to you.
